Reproduced Kung Yung Pao (1942-1945)(復刻共榮報)
During the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, 《Kung Yung Pao》was the only Overseas Chinese newspaper which continued to be published in Chinese and Malay. As the only overseas Chinese newspaper in Indonesia at that time, all the trends, public opinions and activities of the Overseas Chinese community, wedding and funeral announcements, price fluctuations, literature and entertainment, etc., had left their historical traces in the paper, which became an important clue for the descendants to piece together the life of Overseas Chinese in Indonesia at that time.
